ECOAI Agent

Your Business Partner.

ECOAI is an assistant for small business owners that you reach by text. We are building it to sort your books, keep your documents together, and show what SBA lenders ask for. The screens below preview the experience we are working toward.

You approve everything before it happens.

Request an invite

We are inviting owners in small groups. Tell us about your business and we will write when a spot opens.

ECOAI is built and operated by AmPac Business Capital, a nonprofit SBA lender and Certified Development Company based in Ontario, California. ECOAI is not a lender or loan broker and does not guarantee approval or terms.

ECOAI on a phone. The owner writes: import my August checking statement, and attaches checking-aug-2026.csv. ECOAI replies that it posted the 79 clear lines and that these 5 need you, largest first. A card titled Post 5 lines says it is waiting for you until September 30 and lists a contractor payment, restaurant equipment, a transfer to savings, a cleaning cheque and office costs, each with its amount, above one button reading Post 5 lines and the line: not tax or accounting advice, check with your preparer.
Concept preview: ECOAI has posted 79 clear lines and asks you to review 5 more. The remaining lines wait for your approval.

How a week goes

A form titled Import bank statement, under the heading Money: sorts every line, you approve what posts. It shows the attached file checking-aug-2026.csv at 38 KB, the note that it reads CSV, OFX, QFX or QBO up to 10 MB, the account it will post to, and a field for the ending balance on the statement. Above the Import statement button it says: you approve before anything posts to your books.
Send it a bank file. CSV, OFX, QFX or QBO, straight from your bank.
The owner texts: how is money this week? The reply is marked as arriving by text at 8:03 in the morning. A card titled Money this week lists cash in checking, one late invoice and what it is owed, two lines and one receipt that still need the owner, and a runway figure that says it needs twenty more days of history before it can be given.
Get your numbers back by text. Cash, who is late paying you, and what still needs you.
The owner asks whether an SBA loan could cover a second oven of about thirty eight thousand dollars. A card titled SBA readiness, checked on September 23, says two programs look possible, that the cash trend needs more information because the books cover 31 of the 90 days it wants, and that tax returns and one form are missing. One button reads See why, and the card carries the line that ECOAI Agent is not a lender or loan broker and does not guarantee approval or terms.
Ask about financing. It reads your own books, names what is missing, and shows why.

Nothing leaves without you

The owner asks for a new invoice for Harbor Cafe. ECOAI drafts invoice 1042 and attaches the PDF. A card titled Send invoice 1042 says it is waiting for the owner until September 30 and lists the recipient, the line item and its amount, the due date and where it would send from. Underneath, a second panel asks whether to send invoice 1042 to that person, shows their email address, the amount and that the PDF is attached, and offers Send or Not now.
Held until you say so. The recipient, the amount and the file are all shown before anything sends. Sending from your own mailbox comes with the inbox, which is not connected yet.

What it works with

Planned for the first release. These previews do not mean the features are available today.

Coming next, not available yet

QuickBooks, Xero, your inbox and your calendar. None of these are connected today.

ECOAI's own computer on a wide screen, marked paused and waiting for you, with Take over and Stop always in reach. A live browser view shows a supplier's new vendor form filled in with the business EIN, address and W-9, its submit button ringed. Beside it ECOAI lists what it has done so far and says the form is filled and it needs your OK to submit it, adding that it pauses before it sends, submits or does anything it cannot undo, and that to sign in to a site you take over and type it yourself. A panel below asks whether to submit the vendor form and names exactly what that would share, offering Submit or Not now.
Its own computer, filling a supplier's vendor form. You watch every step, you take over to sign in, and it stops before it submits anything.

Who runs ECOAI

ECOAI is built and operated by AmPac Business Capital, a nonprofit SBA lender and Certified Development Company based in Ontario, California.

That is why ECOAI knows what lenders ask for.

It is also why the wall matters. AmPac cannot see your books, your files or your financing answers, and ECOAI will not refer you to AmPac or to any other lender.
